Zoodles with chicken breast and pesto

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 1 zucchini (spiralized into zoodles)
  • 1 chicken breast fillet (approx. 150 g)
  • 2 tbsp basil pesto
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes (halved)

Preparation

  1. Slice the chicken breast into strips, season, and sauté in olive oil.
  2. Briefly heat the zoodles and cherry tomatoes in the pan.
  3. Stir in the pesto and serve with the chicken.
