serving<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 large apple (e.g. Boskop or Elstar)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp chopped almonds (approx. 10 g)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp raisins (approx. 10 g)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp honey or maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>Optional: a little lemon juice for freshness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Wash the apple and generously core it.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the almonds, raisins, cinnamon and honey in a small bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Fill the apple with the mixture and press down lightly.<\/li>\n<li>Place the apple in a small ovenproof dish and
