Vegan tempeh stir-fry

Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- 150 g tempeh (cut into strips)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 carrot (sliced)
- 1 small zucchini (sliced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
- Sauté the tempeh in peanut oil, then add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
