Salmon fillet with quark dip and sweet potato fries

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 2 salmon fillets (approx. 150 g each)
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder
Preparation
- Cut the sweet potatoes into strips, season with olive oil and paprika, and bake in the oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 25 minutes.
- Season the salmon and cook it in a pan or in the oven.
- Mix the quark with pressed garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a dip.
- Serve everything together.
