Protein wrap with chicken

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 2 whole grain wraps
- 200 g chicken breast
- 50 g hummus or cream cheese
- 1 handful mixed vegetables (e.g. bell pepper, cucumber, carrot)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Spices to taste (e.g. paprika, salt, pepper)
- Optional: herbs and some avocado
Preparation
- Cut the chicken into strips, season, and sauté in olive oil until golden brown.
- Cut the vegetables into thin strips.
- Spread hummus on the wraps, add chicken and vegetables, then roll them up.
