Grilled chicken with broccoli

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 200 g chicken breast fillet
- 200 g broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tbsp yogurt as a dip
Preparation
- Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in lightly salted water or a steamer for about 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Season the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill in a grill pan or on a barbecue over medium heat for 5–6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Optionally, serve with a spoonful of yogurt as a dip.
This dish is high in protein and great for muscle building.
