Creamy rice with turkey and broccoli

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 150 g rice
  • 200 g turkey breast fillet
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 2 tbsp low-fat yogurt or crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Season the turkey, sear it in olive oil, and cut into strips.
  3. Steam or boil the broccoli.

Mix the cooked rice with yogurt and spices until creamy. Serve with broccoli and turkey strips.
