Bread with egg and avocado

Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- 1 slice whole grain bread
- 1 egg
- 1/4 avocado

- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Boil the egg until soft (about 6 minutes).
- Mash the avocado with a fork and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the avocado mixture on the bread slice, top with the egg, and serve.
For a lighter version, you can use a smaller amount of avocado or substitute an egg white for a whole egg.
