🍎 Baked apple ‘Light’ – healthy & festive

Ingredients (for 1 serving
- 1 large apple (e.g. Boskop or Elstar)
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds (approx. 10 g)
- 1 tbsp raisins (approx. 10 g)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Optional: a little lemon juice for freshness
Preparation
- Wash the apple and generously core it.
- Mix the almonds, raisins, cinnamon and honey in a small bowl.
- Fill the apple with the mixture and press down lightly.
- Place the apple in a small ovenproof dish and bake at 180 °C for approx. 20–25 minutes until soft.
- Enjoy warm!
