🍎 Baked apple ‘Light’ – healthy & festive

Ingredients (for 1 serving

  • 1 large apple (e.g. Boskop or Elstar)
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds (approx. 10 g)
  • 1 tbsp raisins (approx. 10 g)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: a little lemon juice for freshness

Preparation

  1. Wash the apple and generously core it.
  2. Mix the almonds, raisins, cinnamon and honey in a small bowl.
  3. Fill the apple with the mixture and press down lightly.
  4. Place the apple in a small ovenproof dish and bake at 180 °C for approx. 20–25 minutes until soft.
  5. Enjoy warm!
