Pasta with prawns and vegetables

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 150 g whole grain pasta
- 200 g shrimp
- 100 g zucchini
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and basil
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and garlic, then sauté in olive oil.
- Dice the zucchini, halve the tomatoes, and toss them in the pan with the shrimp.
- Combine the pasta with the shrimp and vegetable mixture, and serve with fresh basil.
If you’d like a lower-fat version, you can reduce the olive oil or add more vegetables to make the dish more filling.
