Salmon fillet with quark dip and sweet potato fries

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 2 salmon fillets (approx. 150 g each)
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 150 g low-fat quark
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder

Preparation

  1. Cut the sweet potatoes into strips, season with olive oil and paprika, and bake in the oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 25 minutes.
  2. Season the salmon and cook it in a pan or in the oven.
  3. Mix the quark with pressed garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a dip.
  4. Serve everything together.
